Are your products suitable for vegans?
Yes, our products are PETA certified vegan and cruelty free. We also source packaging with vegan friendly inks and adhesives.
Are orders shipped plastic free?
Yes, we only use plastic free packaging. This includes upcyled and sustainably sourced packaging, as well as paper tape with vegan-friendly potato starch adhesive.
How long does it take for orders to ship?
We ship orders out within 1-2 working days, with an average of 1 working day. More information on delivery times and options is available here.
Do you ship worldwide?
We ship to most locations. The shipping cost to your location is calculated at checkout. If you have any questions regarding international shipping, please get in touch at hello@battlegreen.co.uk
Are your products organic?
Our range of reusable cotton bags are all GOTS certified organic cotton – the certification label appears inside each bag. We use many organic ingredients in our handmade cosmetics – these ingredients are highlighted on listings and product labels – but our cosmetics are not currently certified organic.
Where are your cosmetics made?
We make our range of natural cosmetics in small batches by hand, here in North Wales.
