Our award-winning natural dry shampoo powder offers an easy, water-free way to refresh hair between washes. We handmake every batch in Wales, ensuring our cosmetics are PETA-certified vegan and cruelty-free. Plus our plastic-free, refillable cardboard shaker pots to easily dispense the powder. Each pot contains 55g of dry shampoo powder, and refill sachets are available separately.

Why switch to a natural dry shampoo?

Many dry shampoos rely on synthetic ingredients and single-use aerosol cans. However, our all-natural formula uses plant-based ingredients and comes in an eco-friendly, refillable cardboard shaker pot—making it a more sustainable alternative! How to use:

Sprinkle a small amount of dry shampoo powder into your roots and massage it in. Then, let it sit for 2 minutes. Finally, brush through to remove any excess powder.

How does dry shampoo powder work?

  • Corn starch absorbs excess oil, keeping hair fresh.

  • Organic arrowroot powder maintains a lightweight, silky feel.

  • Kaolin clay absorbs oil while remaining gentle, making it ideal for regular use.

  • Organic aloe vera powder keeps hair soft and conditioned.

    I normally don’t leave reviews but feel I need to. I ordered the cocoa and vanilla dry shampoo directly from battle green after seeing great reviews on Amazon. I’m a greasy haired gal and I’ve tried every dry shampoo out there- I’m talking £1- £20 dry shampoo (per can). I’ve tried everything, and I mean everything!

    Genuinely got sick of using cheap dry shampoos which would leave an awful residue or spending more than £12 for a decent dry shampoo that would only include 100ml of product. Else what’s the point? I’d rather wash my hair every day than break the bank weekly to wash my hair a little less.

    I have very dark hair (I’m one shade away from black with lived in blonde balayage) and this product is honestly great. It blends into hair super well, it’s lightweight and also adds texture and a bit of body to my scalp which is naturally very flat. But the main takeaway for me is the lack of product on my scalp after use. I can rub or scratch my scalp after use with literally zero transfer and I can’t describe it but it just feels so light.

    Also to add, although it’s catered for dark hair, it leaves zero transfer on white bedding. Super impressed with product and I’ll probably be a lifelong customer of this product. THANK YOU!

    A great alternative to aerosol dry shampoo – I have dark hair and this is a light colour however a little patience to work it into the hair works wonders. It does feel different to aerosols, but easy to learn how little you really need so it doesn’t weigh hair down and refillable so better for environment. Overall I will continue to use this product over other options

    I do like this, but I probably wouldn’t personally buy it again for my needs. Namely that it comes out pretty fast and doesn’t blend in as quickly/easily as my previous similar product, which I will go back to once this runs out. I have very fine, thin, dark brown hair. I have bought other things from this seller which I think are brilliant, though.

    Hi Georgina, thanks for your review – it’s much appreciated! It sounds like the issue, as you say, is that too much of the product is coming out for you. I think this will be why it seems harder to blend. Only a little is needed, so one thing you could try is to shake a little into the palm of your hand and apply to the roots with your fingers or with a large make up brush, if you have something like that to hand. I hope that helps and thanks again for your kind words and for trying the products. I will have a think about any changes we could make to the packaging in the future so that there is more control over the amount the tube dispenses 🙂
