Each cloth menstrual pad has three layers: a soft and absorbent bamboo terry top layer, a highly absorbent microfibre core to lock in moisture, and a waterproof PUL backing to help prevent leaks. The pads feel soft and secure while offering protection throughout the day.
How to use:
Place the white towelling side against your skin and the black side against your underwear. Then, fasten the pad using the poppers underneath. For best results, wear snug-fitting underwear with a wide gusset to help keep your pad in place. New to reusable period pads? Good product. Plastic pads were irritating my shin and they are so bad for the environment that I wanted to try something new. The white Terry cloth is an odd choice, but it feels nice against the skin. I might sew some Velcro on to a few pads and a few pair of undies and see how that works as my only problem is that the pad flips around and scrunches up.

These pads are very comfortable to wear over everyday cotton underwear and can be adjusted to fit. They also wash up well (in cold water first to remove stains, then in lukewarm water for freshening up).
