Wooden Dish Brush – Plastic Free & Natural
Tackle dirty dishes with ease using our wooden dish brush. Made from sustainably sourced beech wood and tough tampico plant bristles, it’s a brilliant plastic free alternative to traditional scourers, pan scrubbers, and synthetic brushes. This dish washing brush is smooth and comfortable to hold, while the natural fibres work hard on even the most stubborn grime. Each plastic free pot brush stands at approximately 8.5cm tall and features an engraved Battle Green logo.
Why choose a plastic free pot brush?
Most kitchens rely heavily on plastic tools. However, switching to natural, sustainable alternatives can help reduce waste and protect our environment. Our wooden dish brush is fully biodegradable, meaning it won’t contribute to landfill or ocean pollution. It’s long-lasting, highly effective, and compostable at the end of its life—an easy way to make your kitchen more eco-friendly. Whether you’re washing up at home or camping off-grid, this dish washing brush is a reliable, low-waste essential.
How to care for your dish washing brush
After each use, rinse your brush well to remove soap and debris. Shake off any excess water and hang it using the cotton string in a dry, well-ventilated space. Avoid soaking it for prolonged periods, or placing it in the dishwasher. To sanitise, dip the bristles in white vinegar or hot water for a few minutes, then allow it to air dry fully. With proper care, your plastic free pot brush will stay in great shape and last even longer.
Good to know: All Battle Green orders are sent in 100% plastic free, sustainable packaging. Our products are PETA certified vegan and cruelty free.
Pair your brush with our award-winning natural dish soap block, made with organic coconut oil.
